Philosophy of the Institution |
The Institution by Shanti Devi Charitable Trust strives to achieve academic excellence in the very formative years by developing a work culture where faculty and student work together to evolve teaching learning processes, which are most satisfying to the ignited minds of the students. The Institute will create an academic environment, in which the students would feel pleasure in acquiring knowledge and cognitive skills to make them globally competitive technocrats. The Institute will identify key performance indicators, output indicators and outcome indicators, which would be monitored periodically on regular basis in a closed loop system. The Institute will strive at developing low cost technology and transferring the same to the common man including the unorganized sector of the economy. The institute would also create healthy linkages for the upliftment of the community in its neighborhood to fulfill its social obligation with the active involvement of faculty and students so that the students develop themselves into responsible and accountable citizens.
It will offer under graduate, post graduate and doctoral programs in emerging areas of engineering and technology, computer application and management in a phased manner.
Moreover, the promoters of the college are having experience in establishing institutions like N.C. College of Engineering, Israna (Panipat), N.C. Institute of Computer Sciences, Israna (Panipat), Sudha Devi Dental College & Research, Faridabad, Gurgaon Institute of Tech & Management, Tauru Road, Gurgaon. The promoters of the college are committed to provide the high quality of faculty in our Engineering Institute. This will result into providing excellent technical education. The College is committed to recruit excellent faculty and provide various promotional and career advancement schemes. |

Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications has become the key potential area for Haryana in the last few years. This supported by the first information Technology Policy, 2002 w.e.f. May 1, 2000 has helped transforming Haryana into an IT driven economy. We at SDITM are committed to provide high quality technical education, training and develop skills of the students to improve the quality of their life, capabilities, thinking process, etc to achieve the same. The College is unswerving to recruit excellent faculty and provide various promotional and career advancement schemes. |
A well chalked out quality policy is to be implemented as per the norms of the ISO so that quality education is imparted to students by using Total Quality Management tools and procedures. The able advisory committee of the college and the members of the board will guide us in completion of our mission.

Our new college will maintain quality as per the standards of ISO Standards. All-round development of our students will be given utmost priority and preference so that they can put their share of efforts in increasing the country’s knowledge and spiritual wealth.

The programmes in various branches of engineering namely, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science & IT, Mechanical, MBA will definitely impart ethical values & personality development training to our students.
We have chosen a team of experienced & highly qualified teachers for this college too and assure for maintaining same level of standards as are being maintained in other sister concern institutions. I am confident that the college will have its stand in coming year or two amongst best of institutes in the region and students will compete in all departments with other students of other technical colleges.
